Steam Shower Installation started in back in early 2002. After years of fitting steam units for a company full time and then getting promoted up to Head of Technical support. I was amazed at the level of calls from fully trained plumbers having difficulties fitting these units and some of the horror stories we got from customers on their experience with plumbers, claiming they could do the job, producing nightmare installations and problems because they obviously had no experience with these kinds of units before, but still wanted the money from the job.

With this in mind, the company started off with just a simple website advertising our services to the public. A couple of years later with our reputation growing amongst our customers and now the various companies that supplied these units, it became apparent that "cowboy installations" and even the best plumbers taking on something they have never done before was THE number one problem for every bathroom and steam shower retailer alike.
