When purchasing through the internet, always in the back of your mind is that the goods/ service may not be what you expect, however it was refreshing to deal with a company who exceed expectations and even drove from Morecambe to arrive in Scotland for 9am !. Shipping container was held up at the port understandably due to the recent snow we've had which meant there was a 3 day delay in me getting my new shower. Communication was fantastic answered all my question along the way. Gave me daily updates on the containers status and never once made me feel like I was forgotten about. I understand these thing can't be helped and the people in the office where so helpful and reassuring. Would absolutely recommend and deal with again.
